In order to improve the particle collection efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator (ESP), a transverse plate ESP with bipolar discharge electrodes is proposed. The simulations of the velocity distribution have shown that when the inlet velocity is 1 m/s, within the range of 40 mm from electrode plate, the average velocities of windward side and leeward side are less than 0.7 m/s and 0.3 m/s respectively. It is clear that the velocity near the collection electrode plate of this bipolar ESP is much lower than that of the ordinary ESP at the same inlet velocity. This low velocity can lead to higher efficiency for fine dust collection due to the less dust re-entrainment in ESP. It is also found that the average velocities are getting lower when the distance between plates electrodes are greater than 150 mm in accordance with the simulations. The voltage current characteristics of the bipolar ESP are superior to the ordinary ESP. The pressure drop of the bipolar ESP is about 30% higher than that of the ordinary one. The dust penetration of the bipolar ESP is about 54% less than that of the ordinary ESP when the sintering dust with 25.405 μm mass median diameter is used as the test particulate under the condition of the electric field from 2.1 kV/cm to 3.2 kV/cm and the velocity from 1.0 m/s to 1.5 m/s.  相似文献

The structural, elastic, mechanical, electronic, optical properties and effective masses of CuMIIIBO2 (MIIIB = Sc, Y, La) compounds have been investigated by the plane-wave ultrasoft pseudopotential technique based on the first-principles density-functional theory under local density approximation. The equilibrium structural parameters are in good agreement with previous experimental and theoretical data. To our knowledge, there are no available data of elastic constants for comparison. The bulk, shear and Young's modulus, ratio of B/G, Poisson's ratio and Lamé's constants of CuMIIIBO2 have been studied. The electronic structures of CuMIIIBO2 are consistent with other calculations. The population analysis, charge densities and effective masses have been shown and analyzed. The imaginary and real parts of the dielectric function, refractive index and extinction coefficient of CuMIIIBO2 are calculated. The interband transitions to absorption of CuMIIIBO2 have been analyzed.  相似文献

将水玻璃砂样品(10~20g)置于测定装置的反应瓶中,并在吸收瓶中预先加入氢氧化钡标准溶液25.00mL,加水至吸收液的总体积为60mL,检查测定装置的气密性。向反应瓶中加入过量硫酸(1+9)溶液使样品中的碳酸盐反应定量释放出二氧化碳气体。反应时间约为0.5min。释出的二氧化碳导入吸收瓶中,与氢氧化钡反应生成碳酸钡沉淀。多余的氢氧化钡用盐酸标准溶液滴定,据此计算样品中碳酸盐的含量。为使吸收充分完全,采用内部强制循环吸收的方法并规定吸收时间至少15min,如样品中碳酸钠含量较高时,可延长吸收时间至20min或30min。试验时,加入标准碳酸钠量为0.104 7g,3次测定的平均值为0.106 5g,相对平均偏差为1.8%。  相似文献

为明晰回转窑内颗粒的运动行为及偏析机理,以绿豆、黄豆和黑豆为颗粒介质,依次对3种装填顺序下的颗粒流动过程进行离散元模拟与实验研究,以颗粒质量分数和平均粒度为判据,对颗粒偏析进行评价。结果表明,回转窑内颗粒流动区可分为自由滚落区、渗流呆滞区以及窑壁携带区,自由滚落区颗粒流速最大,而渗流呆滞区流速最小。窑内颗粒沿轴向输运过程发生径向偏析,形成夹层结构,小颗粒受渗流作用在渗流呆滞区中心形成内核,大粒径和中等粒径颗粒集中在自由滚落区和窑壁携带区。窑内颗粒力链分布不均匀,强力链分布于近窑壁区,弱力链分布于自由滚落区和渗流呆滞区,且渗流呆滞区力链细而密集。当窑头附近不同粒径颗粒存在轴向速度差时,颗粒在轴向发生掺混,并产生径向偏析。  相似文献

The typical magnetic domains of Sm(CObalFe0.25Cuo.07Zr0.02)7.4 magnets quenched through various heattreatment steps have been revealed by using magnetic force microscopy (MFM). For the specimens in which the nominal c-axis is perpendicular to the imaging plane, the domain configurations change from plate-like for the as-sintered magnet to corrugation and spike-like for the homogenized one, and then to a coarse and finally to a finer domain structure when isothermally aged at 830℃ and then annealed at 400℃. However, only plate-like domains can be detected on the surfaces with the nominal c-axis parallel to the imaging plane. The finer domain (so-called interaction domain) is a characteristic magnetic domain pattern of the SmCo 2:IT-type magnets with high coercivities. Domain walls in a zigzag shape are revealed by means of MFM in final bulk SraCo 2:17-type sintered magnets.  相似文献

Based on the general theory of dislocation and kink, we have constructed the three kink models corresponding to the 1/2 (111){011} and 1/2 (111){112} edge dislocations (EDs) in bcc Fe using the molecular dynamics method. We found that the geometric structure of a kink depends on the type of ED and the structural energies of the atom sites in the dislocation core region, as well as the geometric symmetry of the dislocation core and the characteristic of the stacking sequence of atomic plane along the dislocation line. The formation energies and widths of the kinks on the 1/2 (111){011} and 1/2 (111){112} EDs are calculated, the formation energies are 0.05eV and 0.04eV, and widths are 6.02b and 6.51b, respectively (b is the magnitude of the Burgers vector). The small formation energies indicate that the formation of kink in the edge dislocation is very easy in bcc Fe.  相似文献

The features of structural transformations occurring at ultrahigh plastic strains, which are proposed to refer to as gigascopic, have been analyzed. It is shown that, during such deformation, additional channels of elastic energy dissipation must be effectively implemented. It is concluded that structural changes are characterized by certain cyclicity. A specific route of structural rearrangements is determined by temperature, the height of the Peierls barrier for dislocations and their ability of diffusive rearranging, and the difference in the free energies of the crystalline and amorphous states.  相似文献

Ti-Al coatings with ∼14.7, 18.1, 25.2 and 29.7 at.% Al contents were fabricated on pure Ti substrate by laser cladding. The laser cladding Ti-Al coatings were analyzed with X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). It was found that with the increase of Al content, the diffraction peaks shifted gradually to higher 2θ values. The laser cladding Ti-Al coatings with 14.7 and 18.1 at.% Al were composed of α-Ti and α2-Ti3Al phases, while those with 25.2 and 29.7 at.% Al were composed of α2-Ti3Al phase. With the increase of Al content, the cross-sectional hardness increased, while the fracture toughness decreased. For the laser cladding Ti-Al coatings, when the Al content was ≤18.1 at.%, the wear mechanism was adhesive wear and abrasive wear; while when the Al content ≥25.2 at.%, the wear mechanism was adhesive wear, abrasive wear and microfracture. With the increase of Al content, the wear rate of laser cladding Ti-Al coatings decreased under 1 N normal load, while the wear rate firstly decreased and then increased under a normal load of 3 N. Due to its optimized combination of high hardness and high fracture toughness, the laser cladding Ti-Al coating with 18.1 at.% Al showed the best anti-wear properties at higher normal load.  相似文献

We perform the ab initio calculation for obtaining the density of states and magnetic properties of ZrFe2 Laves phase compound based on the method of augmented plane waves plus local orbital The results indicate that the ferromagnetic state is more stable than the paramagnetic one, but with a slightly larger volume. The 3d - 4d exchange interactions between Fe and Zr electrons lead to the antiparallel coupling for Fe 3d and Zr 4d states, which is responsible for the ferrimagnetic ordering of the compound. The resulting magnetic moment of about 1.98μB for Fe is spatially localized near the Fe site, while around Zr a small but extended negative spin states causes a moment of about -0.44 μB. Moreover, the resulting magnetic moments with the generalized gradient approximation are more consistent with experimental values than that of the local-spin density approximation.  相似文献
